Identity Theft

Last year, almost 9 million people were victims of Identity Theft. It’s one of the fastest rising crimes in the US today. Even scarier, only 16.5% can be detected on a credit report. It can also affect:

  • Social Security
  • Driving Record
  • Medical Records
  • Criminal Record
  • Employment  Opportunity

If laws are not set up to prevent identity theft across state and international lines, it’s only a matter of time until a smart crook firgures out how to clean out your accounts, max out your credit cards, and even open new cards in your name. The victim’s credit is ruined, and it takes years to correct it.  The unfortunate truth is, you’re more likely to have your identity stolen by a friend, family member or co-worker than by a stranger.  In the past, the victim would have to spend hours and hours on the phone with creditors, authorities, and banking institutions trying to sort out and fix what’s happened to them.  It’s imperative to protect yourself and your identity by utilizing an identity theft protection and recovery product BEFORE it happens to you.  The small amount you spend on a monthly basis is well worth the thousands of dollars you’ll save if your identity is ever compromised.
